Chimerarms 1.1 Fix

Hello everyone!
Thanks to the feedback I've received, I've made a few minor changes that should make the game feel more fun to play :)
- Enemy spawn rate increased, especially in the first few waves
- Decreased base player attack stat
- All enemies' base speed increased, scaling decreased
- Ranged enemies have slightly longer attack range, and no longer stop moving to attack, unless they are attacking the castle
- That being said, the Corrupter enemy can now properly attack the castle
- Fixed "Corrupter" enemy description being too long
- Buffed the hammer's stats since it had almost no merits over the staff
- The dagger now actually gives increased attack speed as intended, however it became too strong, so its damage was slightly reduced
- Other slower-attacking weapons have received slightly increased attack speed
